Nipoo Adventure Water Park
Brgy. Nipoo — the same barangay as the resort
Known as the first and only waterpark in Aurora, with a wave pool, a raging river and pools for both children and adults. The obvious half-day out with children, and near enough that you can come back to the resort for lunch.

Our own shoreline
Straight out of the gate
Dark sand, agoho trees for shade and Casiguran Sound in front of you, with the hills of the San Ildefonso Peninsula across the water. The shore faces east, so the sun comes up over those hills. Aurora is nicknamed the Land of the Golden Sunrise.
Be on the sand around sunrise, roughly 5:30 to 6:30 depending on the month.

Dinalungan Public Market
Town proper (Poblacion), Dinalungan — the nearest place to buy food
The resort has no restaurant or store, so this is where to stock up. The town's public market, Pamilihan Bayan ng Dinalungan, is here, with sari-sari stores and small eateries around it on the Baler–Casiguran Road, such as Cocina de Ciara and Cravings Food Corner near the seawall.
Go in the morning. The market opens early and closes in the late afternoon.
