Booking agreement
This is what you agree to when you book with us. Please read it before you pay.
01
Making a booking
A booking is a request until the front desk confirms it. You will get an email and a notice in your account when it is confirmed. Rates are per night unless the unit says otherwise. Cottages and camping add entrance of ₱50 per person for the visit; children aged 10 and under are free, and the houses have no entrance fee at all.
02
When we are open
The resort is closed every Saturday. Nobody is on the property that day, so a booking cannot start, end or run across one, and the booking form will not accept dates that do. Arrivals are taken 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; after 10:00 PM there is nobody at the gate, so ring ahead if you are delayed rather than travelling on.
03
Events in the function hall
The hall can be hired for weddings, reunions, seminars and the like. We rent the space, the seating, the sound system and the prep room — we do not provide the food. Bring your own caterer or cook on site, and tell us the numbers in advance so we can have the hall ready.
04
Paying
A 50% deposit, sent by GCash, holds the dates; the rest is paid on arrival, in cash or by GCash. When you send money and give us the reference number, it is recorded as awaiting confirmation until a member of staff has found it in the account. Only then does your balance change. We never mark a booking paid on the strength of a message alone.
05
Deposits and refunds
A deposit is required to hold a booking, and it is strictly non-refundable. Tell us as early as you can on 0919 380 9155 if your plans change and we will do our best to move you to another date, but money already paid is not returned. A booking nobody arrives for is not refunded either — the unit was held and others were turned away.
06
Extending your stay
If the unit is free, the front desk can add nights while you are here. You will get the new checkout date and the new balance in writing before you agree to it.
07
Damage to the property
Anything broken or damaged beyond ordinary wear is charged at cost, and is settled before departure. Tell us when it happens rather than leaving it to be found — accidents are understood, and hiding them is what causes trouble. Damage charges are separate from the room rate and are not refundable.
08
What we may refuse
We can decline or end a stay for behaviour that puts other guests, our staff or the property at risk, and we may decline future bookings from an account after that. This is rare, and it is a decision made by the owner, not by whoever is on the desk.
09
Your details
We keep your name, email, mobile number and booking history so we can hold your reservation, send your receipt, and recognise you when you come back. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone else. Ask us and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete the account — in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
10
What we are not responsible for
The sea, the weather, and belongings left unattended. There is no lifeguard on this shoreline. Storms close the coast road from time to time; if we cannot safely receive you on your dates, we will move your booking to another date at no extra cost. Deposits are still not refunded.
