About the resort

Green Everlasting Beach Resort is a family-run resort at Purok 5, Brgy. Nipoo, Dinalungan, Aurora, on the Pacific side of the province.

The property sits between the national highway and the beach. There are 15 places to stay — a villa house, a twin house, kubo houses, transient units, open and family cottages, and space for tents — together with a function hall used for weddings, reunions, seminars and barangay assemblies, seating up to 120. We rent the hall; we do not do the catering, so you bring your own caterer or cook on site.

The sand in front is grey and the water faces east, so the sun comes up over it. The shoreline itself is public; what you are paying for is the unit, the use of the grounds and the facilities.

Getting here

Dinalungan is about three hours from Baler by van, on the road north towards Casiguran. Buses and vans passing along the national highway can drop you at the resort gate — tell the driver Purok 5, Nipoo. If you are driving, the painted Green Everlasting Beach Resort sign on the embankment is the turn.

Booking and payment

Rates are the same whether you book on this site, call, or walk up to the desk. A 50% deposit holds the unit and the balance is paid on arrival, in cash or by GCash. Deposits are not refunded, though we will always try to move your dates if your plans change. The house rules set out the rest.
