House rules

• The resort is closed every Saturday. Nobody is on the property that day, so a stay cannot start, end or run across one.
• Check-in is 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Nobody is at the gate after 10:00 PM, so tell us if you are running late and we will move you to the next day rather than leave you at the road.
• Checkout is 12:00 NN — tell the desk the night before if you need longer and we will see what we can do.
• Entrance is ₱50 per person for cottages and camping, charged once for the visit. Children aged 10 and under come in free. The houses are booked whole, so no entrance is charged on top of the rate.
• You need a guest account to book. Browsing the units, rates and photos needs none, but a booking is made after you sign in or register.
• One booking at a time per account. Once that stay is checked out or cancelled you can book again; if you need two units at once, call the front desk on 0919 380 9155.
• Everyone staying overnight should be on the booking. If your party grows, tell the front desk rather than the unit — the entrance fee and the capacity both depend on it.

• There is no lifeguard. The water can have currents and the bottom drops away quickly — swim within your depth and never alone.
• Children in the water are the responsibility of the adults with them, at all times.
• The beach is public. People from the barangay walk it, and fishermen work it at dawn.

• Quiet from 10:00 PM. Sound carries a long way here, and the units are close together.
• We do not serve food. There is no canteen and nobody here cooks for guests — bring your own and cook it in the shared kitchen.
• Cook only in the shared kitchen, or in the villa's own kitchen — not inside the other units.
• Pets are welcome in the Kubo Houses and cottages, on a lead, not in the Villa or the Twin House. Clean up after them.
• Smoking outside only, away from the nipa and bamboo.
• Take your rubbish to the bins. There is no collection out here — what is left behind ends up on the beach.

• Breakages happen and we would rather be told than find them. Anything beyond ordinary wear is charged at cost and settled before you leave.
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable. You can cancel a booking yourself before your arrival date from My account, but money already paid is not returned. If your plans change, ring us early and we will try to move your dates instead.
• The resort is not responsible for valuables left in the units or on the sand.
• Fireworks, firearms and illegal drugs are not permitted anywhere on the property.
