Short, and every line describes something the system actually does.

• A booking is a request until the front desk confirms it. Rates are per night, plus ₱50 entrance per person on cottages and camping — the houses have no entrance fee.
• Money you send is marked awaiting confirmation until a member of staff has actually found it in the account.
• A deposit holds the dates and is strictly non-refundable. Inside seven days we will try to move you instead.
• We keep your name, email, mobile and booking history to hold your reservation and send your receipt. We do not sell it or pass it on, and we will delete it if you ask.
• There is no lifeguard on this shoreline, and belongings left on the sand are your own responsibility.
